What we collect
Your name and email when you join the email list, take the quiz or sign up. Your kids’ age stages if you share them. Your membership and billing status. What you post in Moms Who Talk and the questions you ask Ask Jess. In the God’s Way app, also: the display name, city and kids’ ages you add to your profile, which guides you open and save, your alert settings, and a device token so we can send the alerts you turn on.
How we use it
To send the emails you asked for, run your membership, show you guides for your kids’ ages, and keep the community safe. We never sell your information.
Who helps us
Stripe handles payments; we never see your full card number. When you start the free trial, Stripe keeps your card or wallet on file so your membership can renew when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. Our database and sign-in run on Supabase. Ask Jess questions, and Moms Who Talk posts when the guide helper is on, are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to write a reply. Push alerts go through Apple and Google. Our email is sent through Google.
Site visits
We use Google Analytics to see which public pages are read and which buttons are used, so we can make the site more helpful. It uses cookies and records things like the page, your general location and your device type, never your name, email or anything you type. Member pages are never recorded. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email with one click. Turn alerts off any time in the app or your phone’s settings. Delete your account in the app (Me, then Delete my account) or see the steps on our delete-account page at jessmanuel.com/delete-account. Email jess@gods-way.com to see, change or delete your information.
Kids
This site is for parents. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and let members know.
