   Protect the people you talk about, including your kids. Leave out names, and don’t share anything told to you in confidence or anyone’s private, medical or contact details.

   Be kind. Every mom here is learning. Answer the way you’d want to be answered.

   Point each other to Jesus. Share Scripture and what’s worked in your home.

   No selling or promoting.

   Nothing hateful, sexual, violent or bullying. We don’t tolerate objectionable content or abusive members. That content is removed, and so are members who post it.

   If a child may be unsafe, act now: call 911, or the Childhelp hotline at 1-800-422-4453. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988.

   The guide helper writes automatic replies. It isn’t Jess, and it isn’t a doctor or counselor.
